Our end of tenancy cleaning rates start at as low as £100.00 for a studio flat and do not go over the £250.00 for a 5 bedroom flat or house. In these end of tenancy package prices labour of different number of cleaners and certain hours of work are included as well as the cost of cleaning products and delivery of equipment- such as a hoover, a mop, a bucket and a step ladder. In other words everything that may be needed for a full end of tenancy clean from beginning to end is our concern.

Depending on your landlord/agency requirements you may choose to book professional carpet cleaners and/or upholstery cleaners as well. 10% discount on carpet cleaning worth over a £100.00 is available. Discounts for booking more than one service at a time can be discussed with a customer service representative.
